Getting Started


In this section we try to help you get started, alot of this in common sense, but easily forgotten when you are enthusiastic to get on with your restoration.
Below are a bunch of suggestions intended as a guide line so take from it what you want or need depending on circumstances.

Plan your time
Plan your work space
Clear yourself a good space to work in
Make sure you have plenty light and heat
Get Some re-sealable bags for storing parts
A roll of masking tape for labeling parts
A Permanent and also a washable marker pen for writing on the bags and masking tape
A dust cover for the floor, makes finding dropped parts easy, also makes it easy to clean up
A basic ratchet / socket set
Pliers, screw drivers, spanners etc

Remember to take your time, you will end up with a much better job. 95 percent of the quality isin the preperation only 5 percent of the quality is in the paint.
